How can I facilitate a student-centered classroom? What are some ways I can use technology to support my instructional practice?

I really like using technology to score the factual worksheets (especially the electronic ones) so I am free to investigate the room to keep others on task and remind them of the overall big picture that I am presenting. The projects the students create are fun to score and a computer will not be able to grade it accurately.
